About Corpvision
Corpvision is founded by Caspar van der Winden.
Caspar has been practicing law since 2006. He acquired extensive experience with complex (international) transactions at HVG Law LLP / EY Law, focusing primary on corporate restructuring projects, commercial agreements and transactions. Before founding Corpvision, Caspar was an associate partner, Dutch corporate law leader and corporate restructuring expertise leader at HVG Law LLP / EY Law.
Caspar studied Law at Utrecht University (LL.M.) and Business Administration at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam (MScBA). In addition, Caspar was trained at Grotius Acadamy (2013, cum laude) in a corporate law specialization course and he has written over 100 publications on corporate and commercial matters.
Being also a MscBA Caspar has a much wider view on business and financial matters than an average corporate lawyer. He gives C-suite and board advice on corporate and commercial matters and always takes a strategic approach.
